TI-39-Int: Production Planning and Control Major Assignment

1. Visit a manufacture company (different company or division for each group) and find out its production problem in: a. Material Planning (MRP), or, b. Machine Scheduling (Flow Shop or Job Shop), or, c. Assembly Line Balancing (each topic is taken by at least three group)
2. Collect the input data needed from the company, you may use some assumption (minor) to support the calculation
3. Solve the problem using the method that appropriate for the case
4. Write a report that consists of: 1. The company and its production characteristics, 2. Data, 3. Data Processing 4. Result and Analysis
5. You may add photos, videos, and animation in your report
6. Format of the report is free, you can create is as good and creative as possible
7. Report should be submitted before 2 May 2017
